Website Evaluation
Hi again, in this post, I will be evaluating learn-english-online.org website according to the website evaluation form given by Dr. Kurt.
This is how the main page looks like:
Let's begin with the author, it is stated in the about section that it all started with a woman named Lynne Hand. She was an English teacher, she worked for schools, colleges, and she prepared training courses. But as she states, instead of teaching English, she created a blog page and started helping people learn English. The website has been running since 1999.
The content of the website is divided into 6 categories which are Vocabulary, Grammar, Improve, Resources, Chat and Fun sections. The site provides content for total beginners to intermediate students. The one and only purpose of the website is to help people learn English.
I haven't spotted any errors and I don't think the site has broken links since it is up to date.
The images are standard quality and look totally fine. Some pictures are high quality some are just simple drawings like in this photo:
Any person who wants to learn English can visit this site. With proper instructions, this site can be beneficial for English foreign learners.
